$150 per session (50 minutes)

Insurance

I am a private pay or out of network provider, which means payment is expected at the time of our session and I do not bill insurance directly. However, many of my clients do submit for reimbursement from their insurance providers on their own and I am happy to provide you with a monthly superbill if this is something you wish to pursue. 

Payment

Payment is collected at the time of our session. I accept all major credit/debit cards as forms of payment, as well as FSA (Flex Spending Account) and HSA (Health Savings Account) cards.

Cancellation Policy

Any appointments scheduled but not kept (no show), as well as any appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice of the scheduled time, will be charged at the full fee of $150 on the same day of the missed or cancelled appointment.
