  • Therapy for Moms

Adjusting to parenthood is hard. Our bodies, our minds, our relationship with ourself and our relationships with friends and family all suddenly feels different. Most of us no longer live in “community” and often find ourselves isolated as mothers. Maybe you are feeling like you have lost the person you once were. Or maybe parenthood has triggered pain for your own childhood and this is interfering with being the parent you want to be.

Therapy can help you figure out why being a Mom feels so hard, process the painful parts and learn new ways to be the parent you want to be for your child and yourself.
